WinClon4.0 enables you to back up the system data of the current PC in Windows or in the Restoration Area.
You can restore your system to the point where you backed up the image using a backup image, in case of a system error, an application malfunction, an accidental format, an HDD replacement, etc.
In addition, WinClon4.0 provides a solution to produce a number of identical systems without defects using the disk cloning function.

Backing up and Restoring the Entire or Part of a Disk [P],[E]

WinClon4.0 enables you to backup the entire disk or just a specific drive according to your requirements. The entire disk backup function is useful especially when replacing an HDD because you can move your operating environment to a new disk without having to perform complicated operations.

Cloning the Entire or Part of a Disk [E]

WinClon4.0 supports cloning the entire or just part of a disk. Disk Cloning is a function that copies the contents of the disk currently being used to another disk. This function is useful in internet cafes and Biz Centers, and when upgrading the HDD of your PC. You can move your operating environment to another disk directly without the process of backing up and restoring.

“Free” Backing up and Restoring using an External HDD [P],[E]

You can backup and restore data using an external USB storage device and an external HDD as well as a normal internal HDD.

Use without Additionally Installing a Restoration Area [P],[E]

Even if you cannot install a restoration area due to your environment, you can use backup and restoration with a bootable media created using WinClon4.0.

Backup/Restoration Using Shortcut Key

Using the Quick Menu that provides a simple backup/restoration interface, you can use the following operations by using only the shortcut keys.
Restore to the latest backup status [F2]
Restore to the image in the Restoration Area [F3]
Back up the current status [F4]

Secure Backup File Saving Through Restoration Area Installation
Users can specify a drive as the Restoration Area, which is access protected from Windows commands such as Delete and Change. The Restoration Area perfectly protects your data from viruses. The Restoration Area includes 1 initial restoration image and up to 2 user restoration images as well as the WinClon 4.0 installation files. (This may differ depending on the size of the Restoration Area.) In addition, if WinClon 4.0 is installed in the Restoration Area, you can easily enter the Restoration Area just by pressing the shortcut key (F11). (Users can change the shortcut key.)

Data Backup Function
Using the Admin function in the Restoration Area, you can save your data to another media or USB storage device. You can move an image that is not required for the backup of the operating system-installed drive safely, and you can backup the current environment at the optimal condition.

Admin Function Support
Important functions such as Change Shortcut Key to Enter Restoration Area, Change Password, Delete Restoration Area, Backup Data, Backup OS in Windows, and HDD Management functions are provided as hidden functions for Customer Services, besides the functions for general users. In addition, users can use the CMD window in the Restoration Area, by pressing the Shift+F10 keys.

Easy Installation/Use/Removal
Since WinClon 4.0 has been designed for anyone to use it, even computer novices can easily install, use and remove the software.

HDD Management Function
Users can format, delete and create the backup and hard disk drive images by entering the Restoration Area. If important data exists, users can save the data to a separate storage device such as an external HDD, and then restore the data by recreating the data after completely initializing the hard disk drive.
